McDonald’s is bringing back its fan-favorite Aussie Angus beef burger – with golden, crispy onion rings.
The epic burger is made with 100% Australian beef, combined with Jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, beets and onion rings – all in a soft bun, topped with house grill sauce and garlic mayonnaise.
The Aussie Angus will be available at restaurants nationwide and via McDelivery starting January 12 for a limited time only.
“We are thrilled to bring the Aussie Angus back,” said Tim Kenward, Marketing Director, McDonald’s Australia.
“Unique sauce combinations, crunchy onion rings and that iconic beet slice, this is a bespoke burger for the Australian summer.”
The Aussie Angus is the latest announcement in Macca’s summer campaign.
This follows the launch of Macca’s limited edition Budgy Smuggler line, featuring three styles of swimwear in the traditional male and female “Smugglers” one-piece and two-piece “Smugglettes”, as well as a bucket hat pattern. .
Macca’s Biggest Summer also brought fans the Tim Tam McFlurry, Big Mac Chicken, Big Mac Bacon, and Onion Rings with BBQ Sauce.
