Fans of the fast-casual concept can enjoy the soul of ramen when they visit Kitchen United’s new MIX center located at 10850 W. Le Conte Ave. inside Ralphs. The “store within a store” concept gives shoppers the ability to order from 10 local and independent restaurants for takeout or delivery.

bushi by JINYA serves up its famous ramen, hand rolls and karaage via Kitchen United MIX’s user-friendly pickup center and on-site ordering on digital touch screens. Customers can order bushi by JINYA for pickup or delivery to KitchenUnited.com or through DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates or UberEATS.

bushi by JINYA is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. This opening marks the first bushi by JINYA in a Kitchen United MIX and the third system-wide location.
