Mikey Merch!
Dee T-shirts, pins and other stuff is available and all proceeds support the Mikey Dee Musician's Benefit Trust. Merch will be at the benefit shows in May and can also be gotten directly from The Planetary Group.

With Mikey's passing the Trust has moved to a second phase, using raised funds to support musicians in need with money for bills, rent, etc. Musicians, or their families, requesting funds should contact Adam Lewis at the address below. We hope that the Trust will live on and continue to honor Mikey's commitment and kindness.

During Mikey's lifetime, the Fund was used primarily to supplement Mikey's therapy, kept him clothed and entertained with CDs and videos and allowed us to occasionally take him out to shows and events (his last trip, to one of his favorite haunts, The Middle East, was June 7, 2003). The generous donations of time and talent from so many made a huge difference in Mikey's quality of life during the 3 1/2 years he fought hard to regain communication and movement and was an essential element of Mikey's rehabilitation.Thank you everyone.

The Mikey Dee Musician's Benefit Trust is a trust fund established in 2000 to assist Mikey Dee, Boston Music Promoter, DJ, Publicist, Writer and Scenester-Extraordinaire with medical and living expenses while he recovers from a debilitating brainstem stroke suffered February 7, 2000.

Moneys received help defray the cost of therapists, adaptive technology and other medical supplies needed to facilitate Mikey's recovery.

Additionally, the trust fund's long term goals are to provide for other musicians and artists who suffer catastrophic events and are in need of financial assistance.

Contributions are tax-deductible as this is a not-for-profit trust!
